Sarah Neumann

Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College, but her career path took a meaningful turn when she began working with individuals with developmental disabilities through OPWDD services, including respite and community habilitation. This experience sparked her passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Sarah went on to work as a Vocational Counselor at HASC Center, where she helped adults with developmental disabilities build valuable professional and life skills to enhance their independence. She later joined Shema Koleinu, an ABA school, as a teacher’s assistant, which deepened her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis and motivated her to pursue her Master’s degree in ABA.

Over the past five years, Sarah has gained extensive experience in the field of ABA, with the last three years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with clients ranging in age from 2 to 27, developing individualized programs that promote meaningful and socially significant progress.

Sarah is especially passionate about training others entering the ABA field and advocating for a more progressive approach to behavior analysis. She emphasizes naturalistic teaching methods, compassionate care, and goal setting that truly enhance her clients’ quality of life.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys planning her next solo-traveling adventure!
