Briana is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Francis College and her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Touro College.

It was here that Briana discovered her passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays.
With five years of experience, Briana has worked in diverse environments, including daycares, preschools, and homes. She has also supported children in occupational therapy (OT) and speech-language pathology (SLP) settings, collaborating effectively with teachers and other service providers.
In her practice, Briana adopts a fun and naturalistic approach, focusing on each child’s interests and strengths. She employs Natural Environment Teaching to promote developmental and social skills. Briana is committed to recognizing each child as a unique individual, tailoring her goals, plans, and treatments to meet their specific needs.
